"I've eaten here numerous times over the years. It's one of our go-to restaurants whenever we're in Fairbanks and it's always been very good food with a classic Alaskan atmosphere. They have a relatively simple menu but it's executed to perfection."

"We came here with our Alaskan tour guide, as this place is THE local spot.__The interior is neatly decorated, kind of frozen in time as a retro dinner (they have been around since the 1950s). The service was great! I really appreciate our waitress, who canceled an appetizer order I requested super speedily for me, and served our large group all our dishes and desserts attentively. I could see she was a little overwhelmed, so I really appreciate her efforts!__Their salad bar had a great selection of ingredients, sauces and toppings, all which were fresh! I ordered their smallest prime rib cut, the Foxy Cut, which is 12oz! It was absolutely delicious!! My first prime rib, and it was perfectly seasoned, cooked a perfect medium rare, and was super tender. I had a baked potato as my side, which also hit the spot. I definitely had leftovers, and took those back to my lodge.__Our server then brought out the dessert plate, and OMG were we ever spoiled for choice! I got the Snickersbar Pie, which was so luscious and chocolatey!__This place is great spot to dine amongst the locals! I’d love to try their Alaskan King Crab legs next time I go (I’m just not sure how I’d finish them all on my own, my fiancé will have to help me!), as well as their crème brûlée. I definitely recommend this place for large, hearty and scrumptious Alaskan food!"
