"Visiting for a business dinner. If there had been an earlier seating than 6 we would have taken it. Dining room was quiet enough we could have a conversation at a comfortable volume._Salad bar is the best I'm aware of in Fairbanks. Prime rib is the best in Fairbanks area. Escargot appetizer is superb, probably the only place you can get this in Fairbanks area. One of our party ordered the gold dust plate of prawns. I had never seen this, but it looked fantastic. I'm trying it next time."
