"My brother and I just finished dinner. We loved the service staff. They were very attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious. My brother had the Turtle cut of Prime Rib and couldn't stop raving about how well cooked it was and how tender. I had prawns that were absolutely delicious. Neither of us could finish our meal as the portions were quite large. Highly recommend if you are in the Fairbanks area."

"We got the shrimp cocktail appetizer and for mains got the halibut chunks and the turtle size for the prime rib. The shrimp cocktail for the price was a little bit small to be honest, but the cocktail sauce it came with was delicious and had a good presence of horse radish in it. The horse radish was not too strong but had a fair amount of flavor. The halibut was very good and had a very delicate flavor and came with a variety of sauces. The halibut although it was fried, tasted a bit light on the inside. The prime rib was HUGE. Definitely a good choice for sharing. It also had some sauces it came with. It had great flavor and was very juicy. The salad bar that comes with the main dishes was also very good and had a various selection of options. The salad bar is one plate for each main only."
